I'm missing the moments of our laughter - in the sunshine.

As the sun goes down for those evening crowds

Do you remember all those late nights?
Do you remember how we'd waste time?
Summer was our play time.
Long queues, club tunes, Sprung, dancing, T-paining til' the day light.
VK Blues and a Sour - just to top it all.
Sticky floors had my kitten heels ripping off.
Dirty feet, blisters, alcohol jackets -
Long texts that - always had me cringing.
No replies - couldn't think quick.
To close the night,
Dirty Dancing and a little bit of Twista -
Nothing like the Summer of 06 - shit.
Kebab shop bantz - lads rowing with their misses.
Mr. Brightside and the Monkeys -
we were gifted.
Man, they just don't make the music like they did - Kids.
Walking home - throwing stones at the windows.
Neighbours raged yet - we never listened.
Life back then was so easy - do you miss it? (I know I do)

but - I know there's no chance we could ever make amends - I guess
